Ingredients

- 1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% cream
- 3 tbsp (25 g) icing sugar
- 1 cup (250 ml) espresso or strong coffee
- 3 oz (90 ml) whisky
- 1 oz (30 ml) amaretto
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) ground coffee beans

Preparation

- In a bowl, whip the cream with 1 tbsp of icing sugar until very soft peaks form.
- Pour the coffee, whisky, amaretto, and the remaining icing sugar in two cups. Stir to combine. Top with the whipped cream and sprinkle with the ground coffee beans.
