Ingredients: 1/4 cup (60 ml) green lentils; 1/4 cup (60 ml) dried chanterelle mushrooms, coarsely chopped; 1/4 cup (60 ml) wild rice; 1/4 cup (60 ml) pearl barley; 1/4 cup (60 ml) yellow split peas; 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) celery salt; 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) onion salt; 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) garlic salt

Ingredients

1/4 cup (60 ml) green lentils

1/4 cup (60 ml) wild rice

Preparation

In a 250 ml (1 cup) jar, add all the ingredients, one after the other, creating layers.

To write on a label or on the jar:
In a large saucepan, combine the content of the jar with 1.75 litres (7 cups) of chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for about 50 minutes or until the beans are tender. Adjust the seasoning.
