- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Set aside.
- With the rack in the lowest position, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the chicken cutlets on one-third of four sheets of aluminum foil. Cover with the broccoli, bell pepper and snow peas. Season with salt and pepper. Fold the foil over the vegetables and partially close the papillotes, leaving an opening. Pour sauce in through the opening and seal up the papillotes. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
- Serve the chicken and vegetables with crispy noodles and sprinkle with green onion.
