Ingredients: 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil; 1 tsp (5 ml) balsamic vinegar; 1 garlic clove, finely chopped; Salt and pepper; 4 naan breads; 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) ratatouille; 2 mild or spicy Italian sausages, cooked and sliced; 1/4 cup (50 g) sliced black olives; 1 1/2 cups (150 g) grated mozzarella cheese

Ingredients

Seasoned Oil
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
- 1 tsp (5 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
Pizza
- 4 naan breads
- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) ratatouille
- 2 mild or spicy Italian sausages, cooked and sliced
- 1/4 cup (50 g) sliced black olives
- 1 1/2 cups (150 g) grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation

- 1. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Seasoned Oil
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Pizza
- Place the naan breads on a baking sheet and drizzle with the seasoned oil mixture. Cover with the ratatouille, sausages, olives and cheese. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
