  1. Pour can in a bowl and crush tomatoes with clean hands.
  2. In a saucepan, cook onion with garlic in oil over medium heat, without browning. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add tomatoes. Stir and bring to a boil. Let simmer for about 30 minutes. Adjust seasoning. Watch out for splashes! You can use a splatter screen to place on the saucepan.

Note

For 4 people, you should cook 375 g of pasta.
