Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  2. Dust the tenderloins with flour. In a saucepan, sear them in the butter and oil.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes for medium rare.
  5. Slice the tenderloins and serve with good mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes.
