  1. In a blender, purée all the dressing ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Divide the lettuce and spinach among 4 plates. Form a star alternating the avocado, chicken, and mango. Add the cucumber and onion. Drizzle with the dressing and garnish with pecans.
