Pan-Fried Onions and Chorizo

  1. In a non-stick skillet, soften the onions in the oil over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the sausage and cook over high heat until golden brown. Adjust the seasoning. Serve warm or at room temperature in burgers.
