Ingredients
1 kg pork chops with the bones, trimmed
1/4 cup (60 ml) untoasted sesame oil
1/4 cup (60 ml) rice vinegar
1/4 cup (60 ml) brown sugar
1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
2 tablespoons (30 ml) coriander seeds, ground
2 tablespoons (30 ml) tomato paste
Salt, to taste
Cayenne pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil
Preparation
In a bag, combine all the ingredients except for the vegetable oil. Seal and allow to marinate overnight in the refrigerator, ideally.
On a ridged skillet, cook the chops in a little vegetable oil on high heat. It can also be cooked on the grill on high heat.
