Asian-Style Pork Chops

  1. In a bag, combine all the ingredients except for the vegetable oil. Seal and allow to marinate overnight in the refrigerator, ideally.
  2. On a ridged skillet, cook the chops in a little vegetable oil on high heat. It can also be cooked on the grill on high heat.
  3. Serve with a rice noodles salad.
