- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven’s broiler. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the pretzels in a large bowl. Brush the fish fillets with the mayonnaise and press each side into the pretzels to coat well. Season with pepper.
- Place the fillets on the baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked.

To crush pretzels, place in a sealable plastic bag to and pound with a rolling pin.
