Honey Mustard Sauce



  1. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven’s broiler. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the pretzels in a large bowl. Brush the fish fillets with the mayonnaise and press each side into the pretzels to coat well. Season with pepper.
  3. Place the fillets on the baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked.

Honey Mustard Sauce

  1. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Serve the fish drizzled with the sauce. Serve with a green vegetable.


To crush pretzels, place in a sealable plastic bag to and pound with a rolling pin.
