Asparagus and Salmon
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
- Spread the asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with the oil. Add the broth. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine all the ingredients of the herb butter. Spread on the salmon fillets. Season with pepper.
- Place the fish on the asparagus and cook for about 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish. Serve with rice or quinoa and drizzle with the pan juices.
If the asparagus spears are thin, it is not necessary to cook for 5 minutes before adding the salmon.
