Celery Daiquiri

  • Makes 500 ml (2 cups), approximately



  1. Moisten the edge of two margarita glasses with a lime wedge and dip in the sugar. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth (slush). Pour into the glasses and garnish with a lime wedge, if desired.
