2 cups (500 ml) 35% cream
250 g mascarpone cheese
6 tbsp (80 g) sugar
2 oz (55 g) white chocolate, melted
Preparation
In a bowl, whip the cream, cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
At low speed, drizzle in the chocolate and beat until stiff peaks form. Keep refrigerated.
