- In a large microwave-safe bowl or large measuring cup, combine brown sugar and cream with a fork.
- Cook sauce for 3 minutes. Stir and continue cooking for 4 minutes. Let cool for about 15 minutes.
- Serve over fruit (sliced apples or bananas, strawberries, pineapple, etc.), white cake or ice cream.
It is best to eat sauce the same day as small sugar crystals can start to form. Warm the sauce in the microwave oven to melt.
