- 1. In a skillet over medium heat, soften the bell pepper and garlic in the butter. Transfer to a bowl. Add the remaining patty ingredients and combine thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.

- Dredge the patties in the flour shaking off any excess, then dip in the egg, letting the excess drip off. Press into the bread crumbs and coat well.
