Turkey and Pear Open-Faced Sandwich

Preparation

  1. With the rack in the highest position, preheat the oven to broil.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sour cream and green onions. Set aside.
  3. Spread the butter on the bread slices and place on a baking sheet. Broil for about 2 minutes or until they begin to brown. Turn the slices over. Spread with the sour cream mixture. Add the turkey and pear slices and cover with cheese. Bake for about 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  4. Serve with a green salad.
