Ingredients: 1 wedge lemon; Celery salt, to taste; Montreal steak spice mix, to taste; 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) vodka; 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) store-bought prepared horseradish; Tabasco sauce, to taste; Worcestershire sauce, to taste; Crushed ice; Clamato juice, to taste; 1 stalk celery

Preparation

- Rub the rim of a large glass with lemon wedge. Combine celery salt and steak spices on a small plate. Dip the rim of the glass in spices.
- Pour vodka at the bottom of the glass. Add horseradish with a few drops of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. Squeeze lemon wedge. Fill the glass three-quarters full with ice. Top with Clamato juice. Stir well.
- Garnish with a celery stalk and serve.
