Barbecue Sauce

  • Makes 1 ½ cups (375 ml)



  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the flour, chili powder and onion powder.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, whisking continuously. Simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool.


The sauce can be kept up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
