Warm Fish And Bean Salad

  1. In a saucepan of salted boiling water, cook the beans al dente. Set aside.
  2. In a skillet, soften the onion and garlic in the oil. Add the tomatoes and cook until soft. Add the bean and the remaining ingredients and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until the salad is warm. Season with salt and pepper.
