- In a food processor, finely chop the onions, garlic and pepper. Add the cilantro and lime juice and chop until coarse. Add the oil and mix thouroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Delicious with white fish, grilled chicken, or grilled steak.
Note
This sauce will keep for about 1 week in the refrigerator. In contact with air, it tends to darken; just add a thin layer of olive oil on the surface to prevent oxidation.
