Yogurt Cream

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Line the inside of a strainer with three layers of cheesecloth or two layers of paper towel. Place the strainer over a bowl. Pour the yogurt mixture into the strainer. Cover and let drain in the refrigerator for 6 to 24 hours.
  3. Serve with a berry, mango or apricot fruit salad (see recipes).


The more you let the yogurt drain, the thicker the cream will be.
