Grilled Halibut
1 piece skinless halibut fillet, about 1 kg (2 lb)
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Salsa Verde
250 ml (1 cup) olive oil
250 ml (1 cup) fresh parsley
125 ml (1/2 cup) fresh basil
2 green onions, cut into pieces
30 ml (2 tbsp) Lower St. Lawrence Salted herb Seasoning
5 ml (1 tsp) fresh thyme
Preparation
Grilled Halibut
Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high.
Brush the halibut with olive oil on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Place on a sheet of aluminum foil. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes.
Salsa Verde
In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth. Serve with the grilled halibut.
