  1. In a shaker, combine the dry ingredients. Add the water and shake thoroughly.


Usually, when you read the ingredient list of a store-bought shake powder, it is hard to recognize most. In our homemade version, we know all of them; powdered milk, sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon and water. Drink it just before, during or after working out.
