- In a bowl, combine the pineapple, pepper, kiwi, vinegar and Tabasco. Season with salt and pepper.
Oysters
- Spoon the salsa onto each oyster according to its size, using about 1 tsp each. Serve immediately.
Note
This salsa is also delicious with white-fleshed fish.
