- In each raclette cooking pan, place 3 ravioli and 2 mushroom slices. Sprinkle with 1 ½ tsp of the dried sausage and some green onion. Garnish with 1 ½ tsp (7.5 ml) of the crème fraîche and a half slice of cheese.
- Cook under the raclette heating element until the cheese is golden. Season with pepper
- Delicious with our fresh herb and lemon sauce.
This recipe can be cooked in the oven. Simply arrange the ingredients in ramekins and cook on broil for 3 minutes.
