48 small cheese or meat ravioli, cooked al dente (about ¾ lb/340 g)
8 white mushrooms, sliced
½ cup (40 g) dried sausage, diced (such as Genoa salami, Rosette de Lyon)
2 green onions, thinly sliced
½ cup (125 ml) crème fraîche
6 oz (170 g) sliced raclette cheese, cut in half

Preparation

In each raclette cooking pan, place 3 ravioli and 2 mushroom slices. Sprinkle with 1 ½ tsp of the dried sausage and some green onion. Garnish with 1 ½ tsp (7.5 ml) of the crème fraîche and a half slice of cheese.
Cook under the raclette heating element until the cheese is golden. Season with pepper
Delicious with our fresh herb and lemon sauce.

Note

This recipe can be cooked in the oven. Simply arrange the ingredients in ramekins and cook on broil for 3 minutes.
