Radicchio, Pear and Pecan Salad

This deceptively simple salad packs a whopping punch thanks to a playful mix of textures with hits of bitter and sweet in every bite.



  1. In a bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, toss the pears with the radicchio, lettuce and pecans. Spread onto a large serving dish and dress with the vinaigrette.
