Ingredients

  • 4 tsp (20 ml) ketchup
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) mustard

  • 1 lb (454 g) lean ground beef
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese (about 90 g)
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 large tomato, cut into slices
  • 1 ½ cups (375 ml) shredded iceberg lettuce
