Holiday Green Fruit Salad

This is a simple fruit salad that the kids can help prep!



  1. In a bowl, toss the apple with the lime juice to prevent browning.
  2. In another bowl, combine the remaining fruit with the lime zest and sugar. Add the apple and let sit for 15 minutes or until the sugar has dissolved.


The salad can be prepared in advance and refrigerated overnight. In this case, only add the apple when ready to serve.
