Sweet Ricotta with Honey and Cinnamon

  1. In a food processor, purée all the ingredients for about 2 minutes until very smooth and creamy. Spoon into a bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours or until chilled and slightly set.


Buffalo ricotta, made from water buffalo milk, is found in certain grocery stores and at most cheese markets. If unavailable, use standard cow-milk ricotta cheese and omit the milk in this recipe.
