Preparation
- In a pitcher, whisk together the nectar, lime juice, grenadine and egg white.
- Pour the mixture into six 1-cup (250 ml) glass jars, leaving 1 1/2 inches (4 cm) of space at the top of each jar. Close with lids and let each guest shake a jar until the drinks are frothy.
- Open the jars and add ice cubes so the drinks slightly overflow. Serve with straws.
Note
For an alcoholic version of this drink, add 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) of vodka per portion.
