Make this vegetarian lentil and kale soup recipe in your RICARDO electric pressure cooker or Instant Pot.



  1. Preheat the pressure cooker on the Sauté function for 2 minutes. Soften the leek and garlic in the oil.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and stir to combine. Cover and select the Soup function. Set the machine to cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Release the pressure manually, and remove the lid. Adjust the seasoning. Add more broth, as needed.
