Cauliflower Popcorn

  1. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the butter, honey, spices, salt and pepper. Add the cauliflower and toss to coat well. Lay out on the baking sheet in an even layer.
  3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning over halfway through, or until golden.
