  1. In a bowl, combine the apples and lime juice.
  2. When ready to serve, add the remaining fruits and toss gently.


You can vary the mixture of fruits based on your preferences. Try adding mangoes or grapes, for example.

If preparing the salad ahead of time, combine the apples with the lime juice to prevent oxidization. Layer the remaining fruits, finishing off with the kiwi, without stirring (kiwis contain an enzyme that causes other fruits to soften). When ready to serve, gently toss the fruit salad.
