  1. Butter the cooking vessel of a rice cooker.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer until tripled in volume, about 5 minutes. With the machine running on low speed, add the milk alternating with the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into the rice cooker.
