- Cut the shrimp in half horizontally. In a bowl, combine the shrimp and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Let marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes with the cucumbers, jalapeños, tomato and clam cocktail, ketchup and hot sauce. Add the shrimp with the lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Add the avocado and cilantro. Mix gently. Serve with soda crackers or corn chips.
