  1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Generously season with salt and pepper.

  1. Spread the herbed ricotta over the toast and top with the tomatoes. Season with pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes and sprinkle with fleur de sel. Serve immediately.
