Strawberry and Verbena Water

  1. Pour the water into a nice transparent pitcher and add the fruit and herbs.
  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Consume within 24 hours (see note).


Wash the strawberries and herbs well before adding to the water.

Since verbena grows in abundance while in season, dry the leaves and use them all year round.

After 24 hours, the flavours will be too strong and slightly bitter.
