Masa harina differs from corn flour in the way it’s processed. It can be found in Latin American grocery stores and some supermarkets.
Also known as sea vegetables, dulse is a seaweed that can often be purchased in flakes, which are ideal for this recipe. If you’re only able to find large pieces, you can easily blend them into flakes in a coffee grinder. Dulse can be found at the fishmonger’s and some grocery stores at the seafood counter. If you can’t find any dulse, crush sheets of nori into flakes instead.
