Note from Ricardo

RICARDO brand frozen puff pastry is sold in a 10-inch (25 cm) square format and is ready to use as is. You won’t even need to roll it out for this recipe.

The sausage rolls can be prepared up to 2 days in advance. You can shape the pastry logs and refrigerate them. You will simply need to cut and bake them just before serving.

Once the sausage rolls are frozen, transfer to an airtight container. They will keep in the freezer for 3 months. They can be baked from frozen by adding 5 minutes to the cooking time, for a total of 25 minutes.
