Chicken Wrap

  1. Cut the cucumber into small 15-cm (6-inch) long sticks. Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise into thin strips. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the curry powder. Place a tortilla flat on a work surface and spread with mayonnaise. Top with two lettuce leaves. Place a quarter of the chicken, cucumber, and apples a few inches from the edge. Season with salt and pepper. Roll tightly and wrap in waxed paper. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
