Ingredients: 1/2 English cucumber, peeled; 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) cooked chicken breast; 1/3 cup (75 ml) mayonnaise; 1 to 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) curry powder; 4 10-inch (25-cm) fresh tortillas; 8 leaves Boston lettuce; 2 green apples, peeled and grated; Salt and pepper

Ingredients

1/2 English cucumber, peeled
1 1/4 cups (310 ml) cooked chicken breast
1/3 cup (75 ml) mayonnaise
1 to 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) curry powder

8 leaves Boston lettuce
2 green apples, peeled and grated

Preparation

Cut the cucumber into small 15-cm (6-inch) long sticks. Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise into thin strips. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the curry powder. Place a tortilla flat on a work surface and spread with mayonnaise. Top with two lettuce leaves. Place a quarter of the chicken, cucumber, and apples a few inches from the edge. Season with salt and pepper. Roll tightly and wrap in waxed paper. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
