1/3 cup (75 ml) mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15 ml) white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
1 tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard
1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup
2 green or Cortland apples, cored and diced
4 cups (340 g) shredded green cabbage
1/2 cup (70 g) diced celery
1/4 cup (35 g) raisins
1/3 cup (30 g) pecans, roasted
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, oil and maple syrup. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Season with salt and pepper.
