Ham and Mustard Grilled Cheese

  1. Spread whole-grain mustard on one of the 2 large slices country bread and Dijon mustard on the other one. Layer the ham, cheese and apple. Close the sandwich.
  2. In non-stick skillet, brown the sandwich on each side in the olive oil, pressing gently until the cheese has melted. Serve cut in half with a green salad.
