Hot and Sour Salad

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Let rest for 20 minutes.

  1. In a pan of boiling water, cook the sausages for about 5 minutes. Drain.
  2. In non-stick skillet, brown the sausages in the honey and soy sauce until they are glazed and the sauce is syrupy. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Toast the bread or warm them in the oven.
  3. Open the buns horizontally and spread with mayonnaise. Fill with the sausages and hot and sour salad.
