Winter Meatloaf Burger

  1. Brush the meatloaf slice with olive oil.
  2. In a large ridged skillet or on the grill, grill the meatloaf slice on one side for about 2 minutes. Flip the slice, sprinkle with the cheese, and cook for about 2 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Toast the bun.
  3. Spread the mayonnaise in the bun. Place the meat on the bottom bread. Top with the tomato, bacon, and lettuce. Close and garnish with the pickle on a toothpick.
