Grilled Cheese and Trail Mix Crackers

  1. Preheat the grill, setting the burners on high or place a cooking grate over a charcoal fire.
  2. Place half the crackers at once on a baking sheet. Top each cracker with a piece of cheese. Sprinkle with trail mix. Drizzle with honey.
  3. Place the baking sheet on the grill or fire and cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese softens slightly. The cooking time will vary depending on the intensity of the fire and will be shorter if you close the grill. Serve immediately.
