- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Set aside.
- Preheat the grill, setting the burners on high. Oil the grate.
- With your hands or burger press, shape eight small patties with about 60 ml (¼ cup) of meat each. Oil lightly.
- Grill the patties for about 2 minutes per side or until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast the buns. Spread the inside with mayonnaise and mustard. Arrange the tomato slices and patties on the bottoms. Top with cucumber salad. Close the buns.
