  1. With the rack in the highest position, preheat the oven’s broiler.
  2. Lightly oil sausages, beans and peas on the baking sheet. Broil for 10 to 12 minutes or until sausages are cooked through and vegetables are tender.


  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard. Set aside.
  2. On four plates, divide sausages, beans and peas. Serve with mustard sauce and tomato wedges, cheese and basil. Drizzle with a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
