Pimentón Sauce
1/2 cup (125 ml) water
1/4 cup (60 ml) tomato paste
2 tbsp (30 ml) red wine vinegar
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
Garlic Mayonnaise
1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
Preparation
Pimentón Sauce
In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Bring to a boil while whisking constantly. Simmer for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot or warm.
Garlic Mayonnaise
In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients.
