  • 1/2 cup (65 g) icing sugar
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (60 ml) strawberry jam

• Chocolate Sauce

  • 4 oz (115 g) dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) 35% whipping cream

• Filling

  • 2 cups (270 g) strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sugar
