Ingredients: 1 cup (250 ml) milk; ½ cup (125 ml) unsweetened natural peanut butter; 3 tbsp sugar; 2 cups (500 ml) vanilla ice cream; Vanilla-roasted strawberries, to taste (see recipe); ¼ cup (40 g) roasted peanuts, chopped

Peanut Butter Cream
- 1 cup (250 ml) milk
- ½ cup (125 ml) unsweetened natural peanut butter
- 3 tbsp sugar
Toppings
- 2 cups (500 ml) vanilla ice cream
- Vanilla-roasted strawberries, to taste (see recipe)
- ¼ cup (40 g) roasted peanuts, chopped

Preparation

Peanut Butter Cream
- In a small pot, whisk together the milk, peanut butter and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the cream thickens. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour into an airtight container. Let cool. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until completely chilled.
Assembly
- Place four cups or small bowls in the freezer until ready to serve.
- Divide the ice cream among the cups. Top with the strawberries and peanut butter cream. Sprinkle with peanuts. Serve immediately.
